BL型耐磨橡胶软连接主要用于混凝土、硅砂石、泥浆、磨料、纸浆等需要耐磨的管道系统，主要采用SBR与NR合成橡胶生产，并采用卡博特220超细炭黑，可以达到高耐磨的效果（图1）；另外还可以搭配耐磨装置使用，耐磨装置材质可以选择与主管道材质一致，从而达到更佳的耐磨效果（图2）。
BL type wear-resistant rubber soft connection is mainly used in concrete, silica sandstone, mud, abrasive, paper pulp and other pipeline systems that require wear resistance. It is mainly produced by SBR and NR synthetic rubber, and Cabot 220 ultrafine carbon black is used to achieve High wear-resistant effect (Figure 1); in addition, it can be used with wear-resistant devices. The material of the wear-resistant device can be selected to be the same as the material of the main pipe to achieve better wear-resistant effects (Figure 2).
